Course Description
This course is designed to encompass the theory, the technology and field engineering aspects of fiber optic planning design and deployment by adopting new developments in the industry. This course offers students a thorough understanding of the basic physics associated with fiber systems alongside their respective a applications â encompassing optical transmitters/receivers, multiplexing and transmission characteristics. The content and level of presentation is suitable for graduate students and, or final year undergraduates.
